LORE Multifamily is a real estate company focused on guiding clients through the complex world of multifamily investing. The name "LORE" reflects the knowledge, experience, and guidance the company brings to every partnership.
Working alongside the creative director of 1000watt, we developed a full brand identity system designed to feel confident, modern, and distinctive within the real estate industry. The goal was to create a brand that balanced professionalism with personality while remaining flexible enough to scale across marketing, digital, and physical environments.
The identity includes a custom variable wordmark, an adaptable badge system, typography guidelines, color standards, and supporting brand applications across marketing and communications materials.
The result is a cohesive brand system that allows the LORE team to maintain consistency while giving them the flexibility to express the brand across a wide range of touchpoints.

My Role
As part of the brand development team, I helped design and build the visual identity system for LORE Multifamily. My contributions included:

      • Creating mockups for initial design concept presentations
      • Designing brand applications across marketing and communication materials
      • Developing the badge system used across merchandise, marketing, and digital content
      • Creating brand guidelines and documentation for internal teams
      • Designing business cards and supporting brand collateral
      • Building templates and assets to ensure consistent brand implementation
The custom variable wordmark and typeface were developed by the Creative Director.

Badge System
O
ne of the key elements of the LORE brand is a versatile badge system built around the heart-and-hands icon — a symbol that reflects the company’s mantra and the collaborative nature of real estate partnerships.

The badges can be customized with different messaging, colors, and layouts, allowing the brand to adapt across marketing materials, merchandise, and social media while maintaining a consistent visual identity.

As shown in the brand guidelines, the badge system was designed to provide both final and editable versions so the system could expand over time as the brand grows.
